With over 10 years of counseling and coaching experience, I love helping people experience the support, validation, and peace of mind that therapy can offer. I specialize in structured, goal-focused counseling, while offering a flexible, non-judgmental space for clients who prefer a more open, approach to self-exploration.
Clients have described me as warm, outgoing, and down-to-earth with a “No BS” approach. I blend evidence-based techniques with humor to offer a unique balance of compassion and directness. People can expect empathy, authenticity, honesty, and unconditional positive regard during our sessions.
I completed my Master of Arts in Religion and Culture at Laurier and later pursued a Master of Social Work degree to build a career centered on helping people transform their lives. My psychotherapy career began at a respected non-profit counseling agency where I supported marginalized populations, couples, survivors of intimate-partner violence and sexual assault, and individuals with severe mental health concerns. I launched my private practice in 2018, focusing on a range issues, specializing in complex anxiety disorders and more recently, life-coaching.
I have collaborated with doctors, psychiatrists, local crisis services, and wellness practitioners. I am deeply committed to professional growth and staying up-to-date with the latest research in mental health, psychotherapy, and the social issues that affect my clients.
I am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). License #827265.
